Automatic labeling system with capacity for 5 label rolls

The ES9800 has a special "multi-printer cassette" with room for 5 label rolls on one single label printer.

This means, that you can have 5 different label rolls on the system, ready-for-use. In that way you save a lot of time, as you don't have to change label roll every time, you shift to a new labelling job which requires a different type of label.

The ES9800 automatically prints and applies labels to up to 150 items per minute.

Label application is dynamic—performed while the product is moving—ensuring a fast, continuous flow.

The system can handle product sizes up to L 640 x W 360 x H 200 mm and apply labels up to W 100 x H 200 mm.

ES9800 is operated via an advanced terminal, where set-ups are programmed for different products or fixed item numbers. These set-ups contain information such as printer position, label rotation, application pressure, and product handling. Once configured, labeling tasks are easy to manage, as the machine automatically adjusts according to the defined parameters.

Label roll changes are quick thanks to the smart servo function.

All conveyor belts feature "plug-in" connections and can be replaced without tools.

The thermal print head can also be replaced without tools.
