Automatic Print & Apply of up to 150 items per minute

ES9000 is an automatical labelling system, that prints and applies labels on up to 150 products per minute. The application is dynamical, i.e. while the product is moving - by doing so, you achieve a fast, continuous flow.

The ES9001 comes standard with one overprinter but can be expanded with additional printers on the same machine for label application on the top, side, and bottom of the item. It can print both product labels and total/carton labels.

The system can handle product sizes up to L 640 x W 360 x H 200 mm and apply labels up to W 100 x H 200 mm.

ES9001 is controlled via an advanced terminal where set-ups for different products or fixed item numbers are programmed. Set-ups include information such as printer position, label rotation, application pressure, and product control. Once defined, various labeling tasks can be easily handled, as the machine automatically adjusts to the predefined parameters.

All conveyor belts have “plug-in” connections and can be replaced without tools. The thermal print head can also be replaced without tools.
Thanks to the smart servo function, label roll changes are quick and efficient.
